Once opened, the product must be stored in a cool, dark place and used within 6 months.

Recommended Intake

Greenate Premium SLEEP WELL must be shaken well before each use. In order to make the absorption as effective as possible, the drops should be given directly under the tongue. This results in faster intake of the oil through the mucous membranes. 1-2 minutes is the ideal time for intake through the mucous membranes. Then the rest can be swallowed.

The daily dosage is different for each person, so we cannot prescribe a dosage. Based on our personal experience, we recommend taking +/- 10 drops one hour before going to bed. To find inner balance after a stressful day at work, we recommend taking 5-6 drops based on our personal experience.
