Recommended Intake

Greenate Premium CBG 10 must be shaken well before each use. To make absorption as effective as possible, the drops should be placed directly under the tongue. This results in faster absorption of the oil through the mucous membranes. 1-2 minutes is the ideal absorption time through the mucous membranes. After that, the rest can be swallowed.

Daily dosage is different for each person, so we cannot prescribe a dosage. Through our personal experience, a daily intake of +/- 10 drops per day can lead to the desired goal. This means 5x drops in the morning and 5x drops in the evening.
