The goods ordered in the online shop greenate.net will be sent to you as soon as possible. The ordered goods will be delivered to you by DPD or Hermes.
The delivery takes place within Austria in 1-2 working days. Within the European Union up to 7 working days. Each package is provided with a tracking code.
Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment in accordance with the official DPD and Hermes price lists. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. In Austria for purchases over € 30 Greenaldo Trading GmbH pays the shipping costs. In Europe for purchases € 50, Greenaldo Trading GmbH pays the shipping costs.
Transport insurance up to € 520 is included in the shipping costs.
The package leaves the warehouse on the same day
If the customer places his order on a working day by 12:00 p.m. and confirms it by email, your package will be delivered to the delivery service on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed immediately on the next working day. The parcel is delivered by DPD and Hermes, usually on the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within three working days.

Delivery time
The delivery time begins at 12 noon on the day the payment receipt is received. The articles are dispatched on the same day or the next working day, depending on the time of receipt of the order and payment. If the ordered products are not in stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time by email.
The delivery time of the package can be determined using a tracking code.
