Recommended Intake

  • Greenate Premium MCT Oils must be shaken well before each use. To make absorption as effective as possible, the drops should be placed directly under the tongue. This results in faster intake of the oil through the mucous membranes. 1-2 minutes is the optimum time through the mucous membranes.
  • Daily dosage is different for each person, so we cannot prescribe a dosage. Through our personal experience, a daily intake of +/- 10 drops per day can lead to the desired goal. This means 5x drops in the morning and 5x drops in the evening.

Safety Advice

Once opened, the product must be stored in a cool, dark place and used within 6 months.
